What if you had to watch yourself in a mirror while doing something deeply private — and didn’t know someone was watching from the other side?
That’s the setup for this long-running series from Japanese fetish label Haisetsuya, now in its 56th volume. Four amateur women are seated on a custom-built toilet fixture positioned directly in front of a large mirror. They’re told it’s a psychological experiment: observe your own reflection during defecation while a heart rate monitor tracks your physiological response in real time.
What they don’t know: the mirror is two-way. A hidden camera is recording from the other side.
The result is a layered voyeuristic experience unlike most titles in this genre. The women are simultaneously watching themselves and being watched without their knowledge — producing a raw mix of shame, self-consciousness, and something close to narcissism that plays out visibly on camera. The heart rate monitor turns an abstract concept (embarrassment) into something measurable, adding a clinical edge to an intensely personal moment.
The four scenes:
Nene — Promises a firm result but delivers something far messier. The embarrassment visibly overwhelms her.
Nanase — Produces a powerful stream of urine that overshoots the bowl entirely, followed by a long, soft bowel movement she can barely contain her reaction to.
Reina — Loses control of her bladder the instant she squats. What follows is an exceptionally thick, prolonged defecation requiring significant effort over an extended period.
Riko — Whispers “this is so embarrassing…” throughout, then produces a massive, dense output caught directly by the under-seat camera.
No mosaic censorship on faces or genitals in this release.
Why this series stands out: Most scat titles are straightforward documentation. This one adds psychological depth — the mirror setup creates genuine self-awareness in the performers, and the heart rate data makes their internal experience legible to the viewer. After 56 volumes, the formula clearly works.
