Five women. One hidden camera. A countdown timer. And a cruel twist they never saw coming.
This is the setup for Vol. 123 of Haisetsuya’s long-running self-filmed desperate holding series. Each performer arrives already needing to urinate, sits alone in front of an unmanned camera, and is told she must hold until the timer goes off. What she doesn’t know: when the first timer ends and she reaches for relief, she opens a box to find a second timer — adding another 12 minutes to her ordeal.
The reveal reaction is the centerpiece of each scene. The moment of relief turns to dismay as each woman realizes she has to keep holding. What follows is an extended, unscripted display of genuine desperation — legs pressed together, hips shifting, fingers pressed against themselves, whispered curses, and the occasional involuntary accident.
Three of the five performers don’t make it.
The five scenes:
Satomi — Audibly complains throughout. Opens the second box and immediately gives up, releasing while her legs are stretched out in front of her.
Erika — Holds until the very last moment, then completely loses control with an audible rush that soaks through her clothes. One of the more dramatic scenes in the series.
Hikaru — The cheerful one. Leaks gradually while passing gas, then seems oddly pleased showing off her wet underwear afterward.
Mai — Controlled breathing, composed posture, hands pressed firmly in place. Makes it to the end and manages two separate releases totaling 100cc.
Mao — Appears calm but is constantly pressing her thighs together and pacing. Removes her underwear entirely before releasing a full 630cc into the measuring cup.
No mosaic censorship on faces or genitals in this release.
Why this series works: The self-filmed format creates a confessional intimacy most voyeur titles lack — there’s no crew, no direction, just a woman alone with a camera and an increasingly urgent need. The timer trap adds a game-show edge that generates genuine, unscripted reactions. At 123 volumes, the formula remains compelling.
